The Reliant offers a unique combination of high speed, and a fanless design for reliability.

Its the only small fanless computer with the processing power and video capabilities to run all of your programs, even digital radar.

The Reliant is also perfect for more humid environments, even the condensing conditions on your sailing vessel.

All of AR Engineering's computers feature SeaSafe marinization, a hardening process that consists of vibration dampening, and a corrosion control process using VCI’s (vapor corrosion inhibitors) and conformal circuit board coating.

This fanless design takes corrosion control one step further by limiting the airflow through the unit. The uncirculated air is heated by the internal components, resulting in a very dry environment, regardless of outside humidity.

This very quiet design eliminate failures from fans, and from the buildup of internal moisture and dust, resulting in a extremely reliable marine computer.

Using very little power at 12VDC, it features an Intel Pentium M processor, 512MB of DDR Ram, a rugged 60GB HDD, and a DVD Burner for easy backups.

The Reliant also has two serial ports, three USB 2.0, 10/100 LAN, printer port, FireWire, and a strong extruded aluminum case with sorbothane shock mounting.

At 6.6 lbs. and less than 6.5” wide and 10” deep, the Reliant offers convenient mounting with the included, sorbothane isolated, mounting bracket.
